Pay HOA Dues Online
Payments may be schedule to occur monthly, if that fits your family's bugdet better; however,  All dues must be paid in full before being placed on any septic pumping schedules for July 2025. Dues are $735/year, not including processing fees:
If using ACH banking/routing numbers, add an additional ~1% ($742).
If using Credit Cards, add an additional ~3.5% ($762).
Overpayments will be applied to the following year's dues.
Payments can also be made in person without any additional fees.
When remitting any online payment, include your email, your HOA address and a description of what you are paying.
